My wedding is somewhere else, can you shoot it? Absolutely. I travel for 80% of my work.
Can we meet with you before we book? Yes. I will buy you a coffee and we can go through things.
Can I just get the high resolution digital files? I don’t want a book. Sure. You can receive your images via download or on a personalized usb and box.
How long will it take to see my image proofs? Turnaround time is usually 3 weeks. It can take longer during the busy season.
When will I get my wedding book? 4-8 weeks after you have chosen your images for your book.
We get to choose the images for the book? Sure. It’s your wedding, and your book.
If we order a book and or usb, how do we get it? You can collect or I can ship to your nearest Postnet.
What is the process to book you? You can secure your wedding date with a retainer.
When should we book? It is common for my clients to book a year in advance. Due to the number of inquiries I receive, I do not hold dates. A retainer will secure your date.
Can you pencil me in or provisionally book me? I am sorry, I can’t. I’ve had brides and wedding planners let me down in the past. All bookings are only confirmed by a retainer.
What are your payment terms? My payment terms are detailed in my original correspondence. Final payment is due 2 weeks before the event.
What forms of payment do you accept? Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) into my business cheque account.
Do we have to provide you with a meal? No, you don’t have to. I'll be too busy working anyway.
Can we postpone our wedding photography? Sure. You can postpone up to 365 days from your original wedding date.
What if we want to cancel our wedding photography? If you cancel your wedding photography, please note there are no refunds. You will receive a credit for the number of hours you paid for. This credit is valid for 365 days from the time you cancel.
